We start with a profile call: budget, submarket preference, primary versus second-home use, view priority, access requirements, and time horizon. From there Austin or Sarah builds a working short list across the WNC mountain market, including off-market and pre-list inventory we hear about through the broker community.
Walks are scheduled in person, in the relevant season. WNC parcels read differently in summer foliage than in winter clearing, and a serious search accounts for both.
