What the Altitude valuation actually does.

  • · We start with three to five comparable parcels in the same WNC submarket, weighted by recency.
  • · Elevation, view, and access are scored as line items. A view-lot premium is not folded into a zip-code average.
  • · Time-on-market and seasonal buyer behavior are projected for the specific submarket and price band.
  • · You receive a working number plus a short summary of the assumptions behind it.
  • · If you decide to list, Austin or Sarah walks the property in person before the campaign launches.
